Mail Views Appear Different on Different Macs

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: pop

I have Office 2008 installed on two different Macs (one PPC, the other Intel) both running the latest version of Leopard.

The Unread Mail view looks different on the machines - on the PPC Mac (G5), the view appear OK, but read messages still display even when switching to another view. On the Intel Mac, the View appears as a search setting. Defining the view on the machines is different as well - two different ways to define it - one as a search, the other as "Edit Custom View"

This would be better seen if there was a way to submit screen shots
.
