How do I formulate a rule in Entourage 2008 to automatically KillFile and
not display the multitude of spam posts that start with MI5, M'I5,M-I'5
etc:??
If any criteria are met
Subject Starts With MI5
Subject Start With M'I5
Set category Junk
Move to Junk folder (or create a folder to see how this is working)
Those actions exist only for incoming mail messages, not newsgroup posts.
Go to Tools > Rules, click the "News" tab, and click "New". Create a rule
that looks like this:
Name: Killfile
*Execute if any criteria are met
IF Subject Starts With MI5
IF Subject Starts With M'I5
IF Subject Starts With M-I'5
<etc.>
THEN Do not show article
Check the "Enabled" box at the bottom of the window, and click OK.
