"Unread" mail view doesn't show unread mail
Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: intel
Email Client: imap
1. Send yourself some emails from another client or computer (so that they're ones that Entourage has never seend)
2. Launch Entourage.
3. Check mail
4. Don't read any of the new messages
5. Click the Mail Views > Unread
It has been my experience, personally via IMAP, and from helping someone else with their POP-based account, that Entourage does not accurately display Unread mail in the Unread Mail View.
If you quit and relaunch Entourage after checking email, the View will display those messages.
