I don't think the AAA can be configured to accept multiple items for the same time period for the same resource. Have a look at the configuration settings that are possible:

And this makes sense. It's meant to book resources. I suggest you post your question in the microsoft.public.exchange.admin newsgroup to see if they can offer workarounds.
Why are you wanting to book more than one event at the same time?
