Hi Mattias!

I'm not familiar at all with Exchange proxy servers but I would think you're more likely needing to focus on why your OWA connection doesn't work.

Are you sure your OWA server is Exchange 2003 and not 2007? I have seen folks with connectivity issue with 2007 and they have been able to connect using:

exchange.domain.com/exchange/user@xxxxxxxxxx

Are you also making sure to test your OWA connection while *outside* your company network? Basic and forms-based authentication should both work.
