Entourage issues

Anyone know solutions for these issues?:
- The calendars at the base of the calendar folders list is missing. This was a very useful feature.
- The message resend option appears to be missing? It was very useful when a message bounced back due to an address problem and you could resend without having to cut and paste anything.
- For only a few specific contacts could I drag and drop to a VCF (Vcard) file on the desktop or to message attachment area in a new message. Not sure what's wrong with the formats for the other 500 contacts in my address book and contact book. Maybe those contact formats are corrupt?
- I haven't been able to sync Entourage address/contacts with the Mac address book. I followed the Entourage directions: "Synchronize Entourage with a device or other applications", if you can get it to work, please let me know how.
