email warning message when click on links

Could someone please advise - is there ANY way to turn off that ridiculous warning message you get when clicking on an http link in an email:
"This link might be a fraud. Do you want to open it? This link might be part of a phishing attempt.... etc etc"
As far as I'm concerned, this message should only appear in emails in the junk mail folder, or emails not yet marked as safe.
Instead the message appears every single time I click a link, in any email. A somewhat unecessary, overly cautious feature.
Have looked in vain for a way of switching this off, but no luck. Any help greatly appreciated.
