Cannot Send Mail from MSN Hotmail Plus Account in Entourage 2008

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi there,

I cannot send any e-mail from my paid Hotmail Plus (MSN) Account. I get
this error message:
Connection to the server failed or was dropped
Error -3253
Explanation: Mail could not be sent.

Any ideas please on how to remedy this? My .Mac account seems to be working
fine.

Thank you!

Lynn
