Delete with one action. Get Nuke Messages:

My question is: On my ISP webmail (att/sbc), what I designate as junk mail,
seems to be directed to a specific place, and I get the impression that each
junk address is somehow registered as such, and the system then keeps that
address away from my account and from my junk mail folder from then on. I'm
not positive that this is what happens though.
In Entourage, I seem to be getting a lot of repeats every day. In
Entourage, when I trash (trash icon) every day, then delete that trash, is
any kind of a process going on (say with Entourages relationship with the
ISP) that culls out for good what I, and 'Exclusive Junk Mail Protection',
have indicated as trash?
Entourage has no relationship with your ISP in regards to your junk mail.
You can set an option for your account via the web interface to have their
junk filter sort out your mail. Depending on how they are set up, you can
have the mail delivered but with a junk tag added to the subject. Some allow
you to not even download and the junk goes to a folder that can be accessed
via the web interface.
When you say you are getting repeats, I'm guessing it's the same piece of
junk over and over. This is typical of junk. They think you're go stupid
that you won't notice that they have sent you 25 copies of the email and
open it and buy something from them. Sadly, this is true or junk mail would
go away. If they didn't get any hits they wouldn't make any money and they
would go away. I saw something the other day that said 85% of all of the
mail you receive is junk. Excuse the rant.
