Maybe I'm unclear, but it seems if it's corrupt, how could you Entourage
read it?
This is a common problem with corrupt messages. Once Entourage hits a message that it can't understand then it stops syncing any more messages. Delete the messages via Outlook on a Windows machine or via Outlook Web Access (OWA) and then Entourage should begin to sync.
