Could you please pass on to the developers' site that this shouldn't be
"normal behavior?" I've switched from Eudora only because the university was
changing to one client across campus, and though Entourage does a number of
things well (I admit it has a number of strong points), it lacks the
intuitiveness of a program like Eudora.

That being said, I truly appreciate your quick replies!
