But WHERE do I find the Preferences icon? One reply said that I was
looking in the wrong place, that I should look at the top of the
screen. That's where I have been looking, and it has the little blue
apple, then Entourage, File, Edit,View, Message, Format, Tools,
Window, Help, and a scroll-like symbol. I really want to have the e-
mail messages I send in HTML by default, yet apparently I can't do
that without finding Preferences!
