Re: All Mail going into junk mail folder

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Same problem here, that I have since several months.

After reading theses posts, I just deleted all my rules, and also all the
"secure domain names" in the "exclusive" protection scheme of Entourage.

I just updated to Entourage 11.3.3 running on OS X 10.4.9

However, my own emails go the Junk folder.

Any other leads?

Best regards,

Go to Tools>Mailing List Manager and see if you have not inadvertently
created a mailing list rule that automatically moves your incoming mail.
Creating such a rule is quite easily done by marking a message as "not junk"
and then selecting the wrong option in the window that shows up immediately
afterwards. If there are MLM rules, disable or delete them and see if that
solves your problem.
