Maybe it's the same, a corrupted file. The problem is to identify which one.

If you have new rules or rules modified recently, maybe it's the same as me.

Try to trash the Rules file.
(~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/your identity/Rules)

Of course you have to define your rules. For me it's much less annoying than
hundred of spams not filtered.

Thanks. This application is the worst, as documented by the thousands
of complaints people have posted. I am finding a new mail app.


I'm coming new to this thread, but dod you check to see if there is a rogue
Mailing List Manager entry? These are often accidentally created when
marking mail as 'not junk.

Check the Mailing List Manager (under to tools menu) and delete any entries
that shouldn't be there.
