The fix, I'm afraid, is to upgrade to Office 2004 and update to v11.3.4.
The changes in OS X (both 10.4.8 and 10.3.9) that incorporate the time zone
changes made it impossible for Microsoft to do a simple update. They had to
completely change how Entourage accesses the time zones, and took months to
effect for 2004. (Entourage 2004 now has a way of using the system's
calculations.) It could not be done for Entourage X, which in any case has
ended its period of support.

Subject: Entourage (Office X) Calendar and DST
I am running Entourage (Office X, updated to 10.1.9) and OSX 10.4.8.
There is an annoying issue with the calendar which seems to be ralted
to daylight savings time. I have regularly scheduled meeting set up on
Entourage, but the times change by +1 hour for the last 3 weeks of
march for any event. This occurs even if I create a new calendar event
within this time period. Is there a fix for this this problem? Thanks
in advance for any help you may have.
Rob
