Do you know if the different folks who see the intermittent occurrence
are on different Exchange servers?

Also, can you try viewing the same problem via Outlook on a Windows
machine? Is it correct or does it still show the same problem? Please be
sure to test the same scenario that you're seeing with Entourage.
