Re: Can't "Un-JUNK" Email

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi Barry,

No1 was already in place, so I did No3, which worked perfectly, no need to
set up a rule :-)

Thanks

Hi,
The problem is that Entourage filters emails from one of my own accounts and
sends them to the Junk. I can press "Not Junk' as much as I want, the next
time Entourage filters them again.
How can I teach Entourage permanently that mails from a certain sender are
not Junk?

Thanks, E.

1. put them in your address book as a separate contact to the 'Me' contact.
2. set up a mail rule to un-junk them (see my blog entry at
<http://www.barryw.net/weblog/files/mail_from_me.html>)
3. put the domain in the 'safe domains' list in the JMF

Items 1 & 3 are offered to you as an option when you hit the 'not junk'
button in Entourage.
