Set a Default Character Set for Compose
Is there any way I can change the "Compose" default character set from
"Automatic" it Unicode (UTF-8)?
I know that in "Preferences" I can do this for reading unlabeled messages,
but I can't figure out how to force "Compose" to default to UTF-8 whenever I
want to compose a new message. I know I can manually set it for each message
in the formatting menu, but that's a hassle.
Thanks in advance.
