I'm pretty sure that can't be done. You could save the signature as a
template in Word and then compose your messages there & send them as mail
messages (File > Send To > Mail Recipient (as HTML)), but that's a lot of
work for just highlighted text.

With word you can pick the color of the "highlight" and do it
selectively with text, however i can find out how to do this in
