subscribe to public folders?

it have Entourage 11.2.3 running in exchange mode. i can see the files in my
top level of public folders and see the sub-directories but not any of the
files in the sub-directories.
read some articles about needing to subscribe but i can not find the
subscribe button. HELP!!!!!
