Recurring event on Palm=wrong date in Entourage 04

Hello. I enter an event on my Palm for Jan 15 2006 and set it to occur
every two weeks until Dec 31 2006. When I sync it to Entourage the
start date shows up on Jan 22 on the big calendar. When I open the
event on the 22nd the start and stop dates show Jan 15, as they should.
But the first event shows up on Jan 22 on the big calendar throwing
every recurring event one week ahead. This is reproducible (belive me)
and I can't figure it out. I also have a recurring event for every
other Saturday because I work every other weekend. Saturday works
great, Sunday...not so much.

My temporary fix is to set the category for the Sunday event to
"unfiled" and change the text to snow white so I don't see it and get
confused because it's one week ahead of what it should be. Again, the
Palm looks fine. This is a new problem since Jan 1. No problems last
year.

Palm 4.5.2, OS X 10.4.3, Entourage 2004.

Any thoughts?
