I believe this problem with printing of the weekly calendar is not related
to SP2 so you should not attempt to remove it. A colleague of mine worked
on the problem and we believe that it is definitely related to the number of
events for the particular week that is being printed. We are able to print
a weekly view of a calendar week that has only a few events. However, a
week with a large number of events will cause Entourage to bomb. Sorry I
can't be more specific as to "how many" events is too many.

Another possibility that I have encountered with printing problems is a one
related to the calendar form that is chosen. Try a different form on the
Print dialog box. If Entourage bombs on selecting Print, select a week with
very few events and then try to print it. If the print dialog comes up,
remove the check on "Show Quick Preview". Cancel the print and go back to
the week you initially wanted to print. Switch the form to another choice
and try printing using it. Strangely the Quick Preview (if on) does not
seem to show any differences in the forms of the same dimensions?
