Re: How to change default web browser in Entourage

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Don't confuse "no longer developed" with "security risk". There are no known
security defects with Mac IE, otherwise we would be addressing them, at
least for the full length of the Mac IE support era, which is ending shortly
(Dec 31st, 2005).

Unfortunately, the link to that support on Mactopia's IE FAQ is broken, but
I think this is it: <http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?p1=6874>, and
for Mac products in general is
<http://support.microsoft.com/gp/lifesupsps#Macintosh_Products>

Nonetheless, switching to another browser before the Mac IE support vanishes
is probably a good idea.
