I would highly suggest backing up your current identity and try to perform a
rebuild using the Database Utility. You can manually run it from the
"Office" folder, or if you hold down Option when you launch Entourage, it
will launch the Utility. I would try a typical rebuild, and if that fails or
doesn't fix the issue, try the advanced rebuild.

detailed instructions.

Do you mean error 4362 instead? That is eFILE_MGR_ACCESSING_INVALID_BLOCK,
and indicates there is some problem with the database, generally requiring
some kind of rebuild.
