Junk Mail Question

I have set all my parameters to get Junk mail and they still are flying
into may mailbox.

Question...

is there a way to take a junk e-mail address and put in in my junk
filter so that address never ever comes to my mailbox.

It appears that we have to tell the junk mail feature what
accounts/e-mails are allowed, but I am looking for a way to say what
accounts I consider junk.
