Your ISP will have a news server. Go to their website or phone them up and
ask for their news server's address. In Entourage, go to
Tools/Accounts/News/New and make a new News account with that information.
You'll need the same user name and password as for email, and need to set an
email account.* Then you'll see the server in our folder list, near the
Microsoft News Server. Click on it to download thousands of news groups and
select which to Subscribe to.

I see you have an .edu email address. Unless you also have a home ISP, you
won't be able to do it this way - no news server. There may be some free
news servers offering access you can find. Perhaps someone knows of one.

*(You can, by the way, make a spoof email account as a POP account but SMTP
(sending) only - don't include a POP server address. Invent an email
address. Use this spoof account as your "email account" for news accounts to
avoid being deluged with spam from spambots searching public news groups for
email addresses.)
