This is by design, since many spammers fake your own address when sending
you spam. However there must be something in the subject or content of your
messages that looks spam-like the Junk Mail Filter even on "High" will not
find _all_ your messages to be junk (although it will on Exclusive: maybe
you should change it to High if you're on Exclusive).
If you're sending yourself lots of messages, what you _really_ need is an
IMAP account so you don't have to do that: you'll always find your own
messages in the IMAP Sent Items folder, even on your other computers.
In the meantime, you can do what Kim says and set yourself up as a mailing
list. But not having the JMF on Exclusive should also take care of most of
this.
