Entourage X does not have a "Forward as Attachment" feature: that's new in
2004.
But Elizabeth can do the same thing, more or less, by creating a new
message, (or forwarding just a scrap of selected text), then dragging the
HTML message from the message list into the new message. That will send it
as an attachment. If she also changes the main message to HTML by clicking
the Use HTML button ("abab") then the attached message should display
inline in full HTML to the recipient, and will look good there, probably
without the recipient even having to double-click an attachment (depending
on the recipient's email program).
