I recently bought and installed Office 2004, and was looking for the
indent feature too, as I used this in Outlook Express extensively. The
"new features for 2004" claims that Entourage has the following:
Group all messages about the same topic, indenting replies and
producing a cascading "waterfall" effect that makes it easier to
follow the flow of discussion.
However, I do not find a way to do this "cascading" effect that is
mentioned by Microsoft above.
Can anyone shed some light on whether this feature is truly there in
the 2004 edition, and if so, how to turn it on?
