Entourage 2004

My wife cannot send any e-mail with more than 8 addresses, or any
group with over same number. She gets an error message, "error 5.0.0<>
user address required
Explanation: Mail could not be sent. Error -17099
Mind you that she receives and sends any thing else and its okay. This
also restricts her forwarding number of addresses as well.
She does not recall having this issue with Entourage 2001 on 9.2 OS.
Current OS is X10.3.5
