We found that we needed to replicate our free/busy Public Folders to the
Exchange front end servers. At my university, we have both front end and
back end Exchange servers. For your day to day use of Entourage, you don't
need to know or care about that.
But if you put in the free/busy server address that's suggested and it
doesn't work, ask your IT staff if free/busy is replicated on the front end
(Outlook Web Access) servers. This will be needed for both Entourage 10.1.4
and Entourage 2004.
