Entourage does include *basic* news reader functions. If you want more
news reader specific options (i.e. combine and decode, following
threads, easy kill filters) then you will want to look elsewhere. If
that is what you want, then I suggest going to versiontracker.com and
doing a search in the Mac OS X area for "news reader" and giving them
all a shot, and see which one best suits your needs.
All Entourage by itself will do is read, reply, set up rules (just like
your email), and thread.
