Hi, Ignat,
I don't think your brother can be using the earliest version (10.0.0) since
that had only a 2 GB limit, if I remember correctly. (I may have that
wrong.) If I remember correctly, it was SR-1 (10.1.0) which brought in the 4
GB limit. And I'm really pretty sure that whichever version (10.1.0 or
10.1.1) brought in the 4 GB limit also brought in the warnings. They go
together. Anyway, he'll just have to hang on to it for now, like Allen says.

My own database is only 500 MB or so, so I really had no idea. My brother is using the earliest version of Entourage X, which, as the web page FAQs state, issue no warning at all about database size... The web page says: Note: You must use the 10.1.2 updater from MacTopia to get that 4 GB size plus warnings. The earliest release version of Entourage X did not have those features. on 4/3/04 13.51, in article BC944794.6037%allenwatson@earthlink.net, Allen Watson allenwatson@earthlink.net wrote: > in article BC9468E5.D637%isolzh@mac.com, Ignat Solzhenitsyn at > isolzh@mac.com wrote on 4/3/04 10:13 AM: > >> > My brother writes with a database-size problem.
