One way to do this would be to drag the folders from the
left Entourage window to your desktop. This will create
".mbox" files. Then you can toggle identities and drag
these files from the desktop to your fresh new clean
Entourage, thus creating the mail folders you are missing.
When you are through, you can delete the other identity.
