Error 3120 - cannot find specified server

When I initially installed MS Office, Entourage set itself up as my
default e-mail program and I received mail. At the time, I wanted to
continue to use Mac Mail so I switched my default e-mail back to Mac
Mail. Now, I'm trying to set up Entourage again and I keep getting
error 3120 with the accompanying message "The specified server could
not be found." I've gone through a live chat session with the
earthlink folks and they seem to think it's an Entourage problem.
I've checked and double checked all my settings, logged on telnet and
deleted all the messages there, but I still can't get it to work. Any
suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
