I'm currently running ISA 2006 and have been asked to find RADIUS
software that runs on windows (XP/Server2003, doesn't matter). It only
needs to authenticate, no accounting needed. Can anyone recommended a

IAS (Internet Authentication Service) is Microsoft's RADIUS implementation
and is an installable component on all Server OSes.
