IAS authentication and Domain machine policies

Hi
I have implemented in my network 802.1x security on all my cisco
switch and 2 IAS server on my domains controllers configuring PEAP,
now i'm able to authenticate all my clients based on domain user or
account computer, and if none of these 2 are verified the switch port
go to an alternative vlan where is possible just to navigate.
Everything work good except the fact that all the process to
authenticate the user or computer through the network are to long, and
my clients need to apply at start-up domain machine policies and user
policies at logon, and they are not able to do it cause obviously the
switch port are closed prior the radius authentication is completed,
so my client applications at the end do not work
Does any one know how to solve this problem?
