credential cache

Hi,
i have a test environment consisting of IAS and cisco AP. creating a secure
connection from my XP laptop works perfect, but when i disconnect and try reconnect,
XP does not ask for username/password (also does not ask after a restart)
how can i force IAS or XP to ask username/password after disconnection.
