Cisco wireless configuration change to IAS

We have a Cisco wireless network setup with cisco 1130 APs, we have a
WDS setup. We have them configured to use a WLSE. all our AP's are
setup using WPA/WPA2. we have used the Cisco ACS for our
authentication as well as for our VPN, however it is slow often. we
want to migrate over and use the IAS for wireless, but i haven't been
able to get our AP's to work with the IAS, i was successful in getting
an hp work connect and authenticate, but when i try with our Cisco, it
fails, it will associate, but will not authenticate. the certificates
are up to date and valid, user names will work fine with the ACS, and
with the HP, but will not work the the Cisco AP, if just using IAS.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
