wireless internet security?

I must admit the area I need help in I know nothing about. I have been
concerned about wireless internet security since I got a router. I don't know
if this means anything or not but could someone tell me if I need to be
worried about the following:

I typed at the DOS Command Prompt netstat -ano as requested by a tech at
Mafer, MVP website. Here are the results:

And the next command, tasklist /svc never works on my computer for some
reason.

Also, could you point me in the right direction to learn how to tap into my
desktop with my laptop through my LAN?

Thanks much! Hope this is not too much trouble. Yes, I am dumb!
