Secure wireless internet access using Server 2003 authentcation

Hi,
I'm setting up a network for a local high school using Server 2003.
Each student has a user account (lastname + firstinitial) on the server
to provide access and security. The school now wants to add wireless
access in the library via a Linksys G Wirless Router -- nothing
industrial.
I would like wireless clients to have to authenticate with their Server
2003 username/password before they can gain access to the internet.
Since many OSs will be used, I would like to do it all via the web
browser. I do not need the wireless clients to access any network
resources other than internet. Is this possible? How can I interface
with the Server 2003 authentication? How can I allow the client to
connect to authenticate via a web interface and still deny it access to
internet and other resources?
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
