Licensing?

Alrighty - completely new to this part of MS - what are the licensing
requirements for this? Do I have to get some sort of CAL for each laptop,
each AP? And, if so, do I need to get it all twice if I install 2 IAS
servers for fault tolerance?

I have asked my "licensing guy" but he's hemming and hawing............
