Thanks for the additional information. For this 802.1X wired scenario you
cannot use EAP-MSCHAP v2 without PEAP.

Thanks for your response. The NAS that I am using is a wired
environment. IAS is running on a Win2000 server. The switch that
forwards the authentication requests to the server is a Cisco2950. The
device that is trying to authenticate with EAP-MSChapv2 is a printer.
