IAS Proxy Radius and cache credential

I try to implement a IAS Proxy Cache between an NAS device and the
internal RADIUS Server. My goal is to limit the number of request
sended to the Internal RADIUS Server. Can I use the IAS Proxy Radius
function to cache the user ceredential once the user are authenticated ?
