Commercial IAS/PEAP Certificate

I am looking for a low-cost commercial IAS/PEAP certificate. I know
VeriSign supports the IAS certificate requirements, but they are very
expensive. Does anyone know a cheaper solution that works with IAS (on
the server side)?
