IAS BT STREAM STATIC ROUTES

I have a BT ipstream (private dsl) setup to 4 remote offices,
authenticating to IAS (win2003) succesfully, no problems there. I have
also provided bt home (again private dsl) to home users connections
authenticating to IAS. However when a customer successfully
authenticates from home to the office, the client pcs on an office
connection lose all connections, but i can still ping the remote office
router and server and the users in the office can ping the central
office but all routes have been lost. There are no static routes
defined in IAS for the remote offices, this was fine until we started
with home users. Do i need to define static routes for the home users
to stop this happening or is there something extra i need to define in
the IAS profile ?
