Why can't I see the "framed-ip-address" attribute?

Hi,

Running Windows 2003 server and trying to add the "framed-ip-address"
attribute to our remote access policy profile, but the "framed-ip-address"
option isn't available.

Where has it gone and how to I access it? We need it so we can enter
255.255.255.1 as the "framed-ip-address"
