Pre/Post authentication command

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

After reading the IAS, for RADIUS authentication method, I have a questions - prior to a workstation and/or user being authenticated to the domain, is there a way to instruct the workstation to execute specified command(s) or script(s) and then return a result(s) back to the authentication server for further processing? e.g check if a particular file(s) exist in the workstation, or check what kind of network card it has, etc,etc ...

Thanks
.
