PIX and IAS 2003 Authentication Event log

I'm having trouble getting my PIX VPN to authenticate of IAS on my 2003
server. In the System event log I get Warnings when people try to
connect. Of most interest are these properties:

NAS-Identifier = <not present>
Authentication-Server = <undetermined>
Policy-Name = <undetermined>

Where do I set these? I do have two Rome Access Policies, but it
doesn't look like I can specify a Remote Access Policy in the
configuration of a RADIUS Client or vice versa.
