Hello Dustin,
Can you check the event logs on the server that runs IAS? IAS will log an
event for each RADIUS packet it gets. You can also try running
netmon/ethereal and see if the packets are being sent to IAS. If you find
that IAS is getting the packets, you can get more information by turning on
tracing (netsh ras set tr * en). If you post the logs, one of us can take a
look.
